 Jirrama Minija Jarra is a story about wild cats. The introduction of cats into Australia pre-dates European settlement. These stories are developed to highlight aspects of traditional life and cultural awareness. In addition they allow the development and reinforcement of traditional languages in both an oral (via the audio pdf) and written form to help maintain and encourage literacy in a culturally sensitive context. Our endeavour is to record and keep the language and culture alive through these stories for future generations.
